Neil Bowden
Neil joined Allen & Overy in 2007 becoming a partner in 2008. He advises a mix of trustees and employers on their pension arrangements. Recently Neil has assisted clients with key strategic changes such as benefit reviews, scheme mergers, contingent funding arrangements and closure of schemes to future accrual as well as guiding them through the changing regulatory environment.
Neil is singled out as "one to watch" in Chamber 2009-2010 and recognised as a "rising star" in the Chambers Client Report 2007-8 where they said "he has become an essential asset to a host of FTSE 250 Companies seeking to reform or replace their pension schemes".
